• Managed cross functional staff of 5 in the implementation, delivery, support, and overall project management of all client reporting technology utilizing Crystal Reports. Directed, managed and executed SDLC process for conversion of all of Gol-Pak’s systems to SAP and Peoplesoft when the company was purchased by Perdue Farms. This included implementing the applications across all 3 manufacturing facilities, retiring the legacy applications, developing and conducting training of users on the SAP processes, and conducting integration testing across multiple business units. Responsibilities also included planning and facilitating requirements gathering and design sessions, managing a team of technical analysts through the requirements, design, development, and testing project phases.
