As a Systems Integration Specialist, I am responsible for developing strategic procedures and upgrades, improving network infrastructures, and managing systems configuration. Integration specialists analyze the system's operation and its efficiency to support business functions and deliverables.

I am responsible for developing and maintaining our business data warehouse. This includes managing connections to existing data sources, integrating new data sources, and developing logic to ensure clean data.

I provided support of all organizational data management functions (the design, creation, maintenance, tuning and support of the organization’s relational and dimensional databases, and OLAP Cubes). I am responsible for the following tasks:• Coding (SQL), the development of ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) packages which execute processes for pulling data out of the source systems (internal and external [i.e., MLB Wheelhouse, Ticketmaster Archtics, etc.]) and placing it into a data warehouse. • Serve as Systems Administrator for Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) financial software application. My daily tasks include the installation and upgrading of the application software. Also, supporting the Financial Department when any Microsoft Dynamics GP issues arise.• Serve as Systems Administrator for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (CRM 2011) customer relationship software package. My daily tasks include the installation and upgrading of the application software. Also, supporting various departments when any Microsoft Dynamics CRM issues arise.• Serving as an on-call support specialist monitoring our nightly batch processes.• Utilized Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) to improve the efficiency of how BI retrieves data necessary perform our systems operations. • Perform ad-hoc analysis and off-season auditing tasks in conjunction with TicketMaster’s Archtics and Host ticketing systems. • Developing SQL Scripts to serve as a data source for standardized reporting dashboards in Tableau. • Maintaining multiple database environments for various departments within the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.

Monitoring the Medpoint system; supporting and facilitating the resolutions of high severity incidents to improve the state of service availability and continuity. I serve as the primary programmer for the BancLine's Banking Software. Processing included the automated data entry into BancLine's UNIX-Based Host Systems. My task included modifying a Windows Graphical User Interface (GUI) application in Visual Basic 6.0 that provides a method of data entry, report generating, and the transferring of data to domestic Wide Area Networks. I have also performed other programming task included developing custom .dll classes in Visual Basic 6.0 and Visual Basic 5.0, utilizing API functionality to control the appearance and behavior of various Windows elements, creating Component Services, and NT Services.

I served as the primary programmer for the backend CACU’s Internet Banking System and a conceptual Middleware project, integrating five banking applications and their data processing into one Graphical Interface.
