I organise the day to day operations of the office and the volunteers. My role includes rostering, training, and recruitment. I also perform counselling over the phone to LGBTI people. Part of my role includes me visiting local services to network and share resources, forming business relationships to further both our causes.

-To provide support to the LGBT community through counselling, support and referrals to local services. - To write grant applications to businesses to gain support for the organisation.

To produce a program for young same-sex attracted young men to interact with one another while learning healthy habits. The program was intended to build social skills amongst the attendees and give them the skills to embrace society. One of the main objectives of the program was to promote the safe-sex message to our clients. The group would meet once a week in a controlled environment and reports would be generated based on the progress each member was making week by week. At the end of the program the clients were asked to produce a form of art to show what they learned i.e. a drawing, play, song, poster, movie.

The Agents of YEAH program provides sexual health peer education, training and support to young people to deliver workshops and promote sexual health through youth events in their local communities.As the Adelaide Leader, my job was to coordinate events and organise volunteers for South Australia and to liaise with the Melbourne head office.

-To operate machinery to produce steel products to be used for roofing and fencing.-Training of new staff on safety procedures and machine operation-Customer service and product dispatch-Forklift operation.
