I am a Graduate mechanical engineering student at Widener University. I’m also a member of the track and field team. I started as an undergraduate research assistant, and eventually stayed apart of the same research group as a grad student and took over the role of lab manager. We have completed various projects related to additive manufacturing especially with polymers and 3D-printing. My main focus on the research team revolves around material characterization and testing. I have gained experience using tensile testing equipment, atomic force microscope, and many other methods and equipment that can be applied to industry positions once I finish up my masters degree in May of 2022. I intend on starting my professional career as soon as possible after graduating.
