For the past 6 months, I have been travelling throughout Asia, primarily in Nepal, India and the Philippines. This trip challenged me physically and mentally, and spanned many diverse environments; from the mountains of the Himalayas: to the Thar desert ; to the Sulu sea and South China sea. I was faced with various different cultures, social customs and styles of living. These experiences have changed the way I adapt to situations, and emboldened my sense of curiosity, to listen and understand more carefully, to navigate through uncomfortable situations, and to organise myself. It was a fantastic 6 months and profoundly enriching.
