My first job, I first had a role as a sales agent only. Where I smashed the sales role and achieved top salesmen for 2 months in a row. I was nominated for salesman of the year for BPOs, but unfortunately I was unsuccessful. I learnt sales techniques while working in that role, and I understood that a passion for sales. After working as a sales only agent for 3 months, my team and I were trained in the knowledge of Customer Service. I worked customer service and sales for 8 months. I would appreciate working at Webhelp, I discovered my sales ability and customer service ins and outs. eg. How to deal with customers who are angry or irate. building repour with customers while being on the call, Dealing with queries and problem solving for the best outcome of the customer. I would say I'm a good customer service agent as well.

I learnt workplace responsibilities, and also Analytical thinking and Critical Thinking. Through Harambee I got my first job, at Webhelp on the Office Depot Campaign.
