7 Brew Coffee: Currently, I serve as Marketing Coordinator for two of the largest 7 Brew franchises—Brew Crew and Brew Team. My journey with 7 Brew began as a Brewista, quickly advancing to Certified Trainer, and later to Stand Manager, where I managed daily operations, team training, scheduling, and customer service excellence. In my current role, I’m responsible for driving marketing strategies that align with 7 Brew’s mission of cultivating kindness while helping franchises thrive.Nova Joe's: Played an integral role in launching this innovative drive-thru concept, featuring Coffee, Chicken, and Shakes. I developed and executed social media marketing strategies, implemented training procedures, and managed public relations within two local communities. Additionally, I spearheaded detailed grand opening plans, designed creative assets like billboards, banners, and promotional materials, and captured the essence of our brand through videography and photography. I also managed daily operations at the Searcy location, overseeing hiring, scheduling, inventory, and property maintenance from May 2021 to October 2022.I’m passionate about blending operational efficiency with impactful marketing to fuel business growth and foster an engaging culture.
