Fort Jackson, South Carolina

- Conducted mental skills training (building confidence, attention control, energy management, goal setting, imagery, academic performance tools and team building) with US Army Soldiers, family members and DA Civilians. Training is tailored to each group or individual's performances in order to facilitate optimal outcomes- Worked with Basic Combat Training battalions by coaching performance enhancement skills that are applicable for the graduation requirements of civilians that are becoming Soldiers (i.e., physical fitness testing, weapons qualification, confidence course)- Taught Drill Sergeant candidates academic tools and psychological skills to better equip them for the rigorous testing and memorization required for module pitches and other performances when developing future Army leaders
