I run the store, I train new hires, I do interviews, I count the till and the safe every night, I open the whole store by myself, I keep track of our sales, I do bank runs, I do it all. My biggest achievement would probably be that I started a business idea to make our store more unique, It involved customers learning more about our company and once they learned every fact about our store they get a free Ice cream, just thought it would be a nice way to give back to the community. I also started a small jump starter at my store called waffle cone cookie facts, every-time a customer tipped with their order they’d receive a waffle cone cookie with their ice cream and inside it was a fact, and if you collected all 9 coldstone facts you could redeem a free like it sized ice-cream in a waffle cone or bowl. I came up with the marketing idea myself, did the research on the facts, printed out the fact cards, made the cookies and placed the facts inside and test ran it for a three week period. We saw an overall increase im our tip pool which made our staff very happy and an overall increase in positive reviews and guest interactions which was the whole goal from the start! -very proud of this, unfortunately it was only a temporary thing as I don’t believe they still do this anymore.

I close the store frequently, taking count and doing all the back office reports, I’ve ran the restaurant by myself many nights and I’ve also bartended and served, it’s been a very good experience working there and I feel like me and my upper managers really made an impact on our store for the better while we were all there.
