Taught a band of 100 students the fundamentals of marching music, developed and taught excersises to the band to improve certain skills that were incorporated into the show, activly fixing drill and helping students improve individually, writting and teaching musical warm up excersises, and maintaining a fun and productive atmosphere in which the students enjoy what they are doing.
