I can only use so many words to describe my main priority: to provide the highest level of customer service and the best experiences that you can find in the sports world! This has been my main mission since joining the universe of sports business after my graduation from college in 2021.My biggest strength has always been my ability to identify, work through and ultimately solve problems. The satisfaction of working with a client in order to get to the root of the issue or working with my teammates in order to accomplish a common goal is a feeling like no other, and I always want to help whoever I am working with reach that point! Growing up as a football player, a hockey player and an actor taught me that you can't truly accomplish anything with acknowledging and lifting up those around you.At the end of the day, when your main goal is to provide high level customer service, you want your name to be synonymous with 3 things: accountability, responsiveness and friendliness. Through 3 and a half seasons spread between the NHL and MLB, these are three pillars that have come to define my style of work.When beginning my first full time sports role with the Washington Nationals, my father said to me, "You know something? I have never not been happy to go to a baseball stadium." In bringing this level of enthusiasm to my work and my overall demeanor, I have found nothing but great success at building relationships and excitement for every team I've been with!With all that said, who needs tickets?
