As a hardworking and dedicated professional in the Electrical Distribution Industry, I am in the process of developing my skills in customer service, as well as my knowledge of electricity. My journey has been a dynamic blend of academic excellence, leadership experiences, and a relentless pursuit of knowledge. I just recently graduated from Wingate University with a B.S. in Business Management, where my academic journey was a rich tapestry of diverse courses, research projects, and hands-on experiences. I was blessed to create a strong foundation in Excel, communication, project management, and effective group work settings that have prepared me to make a significant impact in the real world.Beyond the classroom, I was a contributing leader to the university community. These experiences have not only honed my leadership skills but have also instilled in me a sense of responsibility and empathy.Since June 3rd, I have held the position of Customer Service Representative/Inside Salesperson at Graybar Electrical Supples in the Monroe Branch. In my short tenure in the branch, I have gained the confidence of my colleagues and peers with my work ethic and commitment the developing well rounded, and versatile skills, that helps the team reach the goals set forth by our Branch Managers.
