The Melbourne Storm pathways program equips the future generation of Melbourne Storm players with mental fitness skills and delivers a wellbeing curriculum to support all young players in the pathways to thrive in football and life. Dylan oversees the Storm and NRLs implementation of the Wellbeing and Education program, supporting elite athletes to be mentally fit, have a greater understanding of mental health, and stronger resilience to deal with challenges in Rugby League and life

With the support of the Victorian government, Burnet Institute, Monash University, Le Mana Pasifika and the Centre for Multicultural Youth (CMY), this project seeks to understand how the Coronavirus pandemic affected Pasifika young people and what measures worked (and did not work) to engage Pasifika youth during this period.
