At a student loan servicing company, I contributed to the development of an internally-used .NET Core web application that provided useful tools & functionality for loan processors:• Improved operational efficiency by developing various SQL scripts and stored procedures used for the application’s millions of entries and for company data audits•Brainstorming directly with users, I improved the application’s workflow by designing and developing new UI features to reduce redundant text inputs and page clicks using Razor and Kendo frameworks

At NASA’s Johnson Space Center, and with a heavy focus on UI/UX design, I worked in an Agile team developing a .NET Core web application for NASA’s Gateway program which provided other NASA engineers centralized tools and databases to store, organize, and export critical vehicle and mission data:• To simplify work for future developers, I reworked the entire application's front-end to standardize most of the UI's common view components into reusable, one-liner components• Garnering praise from users, I implemented a simple toggle-able Dark Mode for the entire web application• To allow my team to use more modern UI features for the app’s development, I was responsible for updating the entire front-end to use up-to-date versions of Bootstrap, DataTables, and many other front-end libraries• Using .NET Core and Entity Framework Core, I created and maintained several front-end views to let users Create, Edit, and Delete data from the SQL database in a simple and safe way• Allowing users to cleanly output data for external use, I developed back-end functionality to export hundreds of SQL data models into XML• Received the NASA Elite Team Award for presenting my full-stack work on Time-Triggered Ethernet in the application

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is a Fortune 500 multinational enterprise information technology company. As a software engineer, I worked on their 4G/5G communications solutions in an Agile environment:• Developed and maintained dozens of new and existing functional test plans in Junit to support developers and to verify code functionality within the 4G/5G teams• Helped find bugs associated with calls from network functions using Wireshark and results from functional tests• Improved team efficiency by researching, prototyping, and documenting a new team-wide file-sharing process utilizing Samba Server

As a year-round software engineer intern at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, I worked with a variety of teams on multiple small-scale projects and solutions while balancing responsibilities with schoolwork.
