I have been immersed in cultivating OCM, SAP and Business Analysis skills through dynamic experiences, notably through the aviation and mining industries. My focus has been on aligning business processes with large-scale SAP implementations to ensure seamless transitions. With expertise in strategic change planning, stakeholder engagement, and tailored training for users, I drive user adoption and maximize outcomes. These opportunities have not only allowed me to gain valuable experience but have also provided an opportunity to deeply connect with users on a personal level, in order improve on their experience as a result of a technical change or implementation.
