I was born and raised in Colorado Springs until I moved to Austin, Texas when I was 13. I was part of the International Baccalaureate program in High School and participated in extracurricular activities like Debate and the Junior Statesmen of America.I attended the University of Texas in Austin as a Government major where I was heavily involved in the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity. My involvement included holding the following positions:• Treasurer (09-10)• House Manager (08-09)• Webmaster (08-09)• Rush Captain (2009)After three years, I decided to leave the university after coming to the conclusion that my studies neither interested me nor could be expected to result in a career that I found engaging. After several years of serving as IT Support for various ISP and web hosting companies, I finally found satisfaction working at Home Depot where I acted as IT Support for internal employees rather than customers. I was eventually promoted to the Knowledge Management Team, where I developed as expert understanding of Knowledge-Centered Service and a high level of proficiency in ServiceNow and working on projects involving multiple levels of stakeholders.These skills made it possible for me to ascend to the Infrastructure Delivery & Support team five years later where I became a (ServiceNow) Certified System Administrator and became more involved in structured project management and infrastructure development and maintenance on the ServiceNow platform.
