The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) is an international nonprofit that works to end overfishing around the world. The MSC's goal is to improve the way our ocean is fished through the development of our two standards: the Fisheries and Chain of Custody Standards. Fisheries and companies that meet our sustainability standards are able to use our MSC blue fish ecolabel to mark their products. This ecolabel makes it easy for customers to identify and choose sustainable wild-caught seafood.
