Review, correct, and verify figures analyses after they have gone through the Quality Control team, including loan modification capitalizations, partial claims, reinstatement and payoff quotes and completions, and all judicial foreclosure documents and non-judicial foreclosure documents that include figures pertinent to the foreclosure process. Review payment histories to insure that all funds received by the borrower were processed according to Federal, State, investor, and mortgage-specific requirements. Review all loss mitigation actions and insure that all Federal, State, and investor policies and procedures are followed. Types of loss mitigation actions include HAMP, HAFA, UP, FNMA, FHA, and proprietary modifications. Summarize results of review in terms of potential borrower harm and provide appropriate feedback to QC Analysts to improve future performance.Foreclosure Servicing Review AnalystResponsible for reviewing loans that went through the foreclosure process for accuracy and completeness.
