Senior administrator role with oversight of 100 full-time and part-time staff in 9 departments, including the Office of Admission, Student Affairs, Housing and Dining Services, Counseling and Psychological Services, Campus Recreation.

Provided leadership and oversight for the Office of Undergraduate Admission with 30 staff members and a $MM budget. Responsible for directing a comprehensive, integrated, data-driven marketing and recruitment plan to achieve the strategic enrollment goals of the university for freshmen and transfer students.

Served as an integral member of the office of admission management team coordinating operation of of 30 professional staff. Responsibilities included oversight of staff training, market research, coordinator of multicultural recruitment, development of integrated marketing and communication plan and individual management of 3 state recruitment territory.
