CurrentSite Lead (Working for JLL at Amazon Web Service)- Implement a comprehensive facility operations / services and energy management program- Implement facilities procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and of systems.- Manage the Preventive and Planned Maintenance programme to minimize maintenance, repair and replacement costs together with minimizing the risk of plant failure.- Ensure that the team liaises closely with the… Show more Site Lead (Working for JLL at Amazon Web Service)- Implement a comprehensive facility operations / services and energy management program- Implement facilities procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and of systems.- Manage the Preventive and Planned Maintenance programme to minimize maintenance, repair and replacement costs together with minimizing the risk of plant failure.- Ensure that the team liaises closely with the Local Operations procedures to ensure service standards are maintained.- Recommend continuous quality improvement practices across the country, ensuring initiatives in one country are followed up in the other sites of the country to maximize the benefits to Client.- Implement, comply with and audit all internal management systems, for quality assurance.- Ensure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met.- Ensure all Reactive Maintenance is completed as per the agreed timeframes.- To accompany the customer to carry out the site handover from PM, continuously follow up the matters/defects after handover until fully completed.- Support client on Day 2 projects/churn work and temporary office renovation and relocation.- Lead the team to improve awareness of communication with clients, understand their requirements, develop relationships with them to ensure higher satisfaction.- Ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner, including annual budget (Capex and Opex), actual cost comparison, project cost accounting, etc.- Develop initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement.
