Employed at Workforce Advisory within People Advisory Services, a part of EY Consulting focusing on management consulting regarding the people agenda.Have been working with questions regarding a sustainable working life within the public sector since starting at EY, with a specific focus on capturing early signs of stress and establishing efficient rehabilitation routines. I have apart from client projects been the project leader for Talent Training Consulting, an education and recruitment program for graduate talents interested in the profession of being an IT or management consultant. I am also involved in recruiting new consultants, engaged in various social activities within our unit and is active within our practice for questions pertaining to Change and Learning. Apart from the tasks I had as Vice President, I also managed the entire committee budget, had the overall responsibility of all project management and was a part of the "committee group" - a group that decides about larger operative questions within the association.

The Business Committee is the link between Uppsalaekonomerna's members and our soon to be employers. The committee’s job is to connect students with companies and organizations. Why? The purpose is employer branding, inspiration, motivation, contacts and a ”real world” connection outside of our studies. Therefore, the Business Committee arranges about 20 events annually in various proportions such as case competitions, workshops, company visits, company presentations and lectures. As the Vice President of the committee, I was responsible for coaching a number of project groups. Furthermore the Vice President participates in “MUM” which are meetings focused on personal development and leadership.

Protus is an association that provides summer and winter camps for adolescents. The aim of the camps is to provide a platform for teenagers to discuss important questions of life with other likeminded. Protus’ mission statement is “curious explorations”, and this is applied to all parts of the camp – ranging from the social situations, discussions and activities present.Elected board member where my most recent position was Vice President of the association. Previous years I was Head of Program, which entails the uttermost responsibility for the camp program and leadership resources available. Focusing on how to improve the camp activities to develop the camp participants’ understanding of the outside world and engage in “curious explorations” post-camp experience. Work tightly with the Head of Leaders and thus engage in the “leadership education weekends” to help leaders develop their own skills and understanding of Protus’ values. Joined a small group in the board focusing on Protus’ expansion vision – to successfully host camps on two or three other locations in Sweden leading to a doubling of camps and a greater outreach towards youths.

EY Talent Training Advisory is a program for students interested in a future career as management consultants. Approximately 20 students are recruited and are during six meetings taught to develop skills within areas such as structured problem solving, analyze of complex questions, presentation skills and case solving. Participated in the program during fall 2019.

Uppsala university hire mentors that help students with different kinds of disabilities to structure their studies. My work as a mentor entailed weekly meetings with my mentees, where we worked with goal-setting, planning, study technique and personal leadership. The assignment requires an overall understanding of how motivation and self-leadership works, as well as an ability to adapt the work to each individual.

Mitt lugn was a project with a duration of three years working to provide high school students with tools to handle stress. The project was held by the organization Drömmen om det goda and financed by the Swedish Inheritance Fund (Allmänna arvsfonden). The role included working with app development, contact with youths, strategy and planning as well as furthering knowledge and writing instruction manuals.

Was employed as the Network Coordinator for the newly established network Urban Agriculture Advisory Initiative (UAAI) via Plantagon International Association. UAAI worked to improve and simplify the implementation of urban farming by allowing individuals in leading positions to connect as well as initiate projects that promote urban agriculture. Dealt with the practicalities within the network including member contact, web arrangements as well as seminar planning and execution. Key achievements:Planned and executed the first five seminars held by UAAI with, amongst others, Chief Oren R. Lyons, Franz Fischler, Dickson Despommier, Connie Hedegaard and Anders Wijkman as speakers. The seminars were acclaimed as well planned and performed, both by sponsors, speakers and audiences.

The internship meant assisting the working staff at Plantagon and lead to engagement in several diverse projects. This included acting as a hostess for a Polish TV-team and introduce them to the Plantagon greenhouse that is to be built, writing policy briefs as well as aiding in the establishment of the network Urban Agriculture Advisory Initiative which I later was employed to work with.

Part-time employee, worked during weekends and breaks. Was handed the responsibility of opening and closing the café as a result of excellent work engagement and performance. This included cash management and being in charge of colleagues.
