Experience in delivering more than 20,000 hours of audio, Dubbing in Various languages, E-Learning Localization in global languages for major e-learning clients in India and Abroad.Role: Be customer focused and work towards 100% customer satisfactionResponsibility: Responsible for project management & profitability.Primary Activities:• Client facing group - responsible for interacting with the client from start to end of the project, i.e.; requirement capturing to ensuring project quality and delivery as per the SOW.• Planning of project and communicating the same to [LC / LE/ APM/ VM].• Coordination with the internal and external teams or any other stakeholder including various resources, as per the project plan.• Checking and reviewing the instructions/checklist given to internal and external resources.• Documentation - Status to the client and internal customer, project report, project log, translation certificate, Log, Project Signoff, MOM of con call, etc.• Tracking of “On the Floor” projects to ensure project deadlines are met at all times.• Project report tracker to be up to date.• Billing of Projects post Client sign off.• Coordinating with the Vendor team in providing request samples by the Sales team/Clients.• Responsible for ensuring the Localization Coordinator/APM is filling the checklist for resources and internal teams, based on client requirements. • Coordinate with Localization Coordinator and Vendor Management team for any issues with vendors.• Reporting issues or escalations from clients or internal teams to the Head of operations.Secondary Activities:• Maintaining/Updating Client requirement documents.• Giving inputs to the New Vendors as per Domain/Client requirements.• Responsible for sending RFPO to the Purchase Executive and subsequently PO to Voiceover Artist. • Team Performance evaluation. Conducting Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reviews of team members.• Conduct scheduled monthly meetings with the team.Specialities: Shortlist the candidates as per the requirements of various parameters like education, experience, technical skills, communication skills, compensation, etc. through an initial round of interviews.
