Led team responsible for analysis and re-design of the order to fulfilment business processes across concrete and quarries business lines nationally to support the introduction of a new decision support system for transport allocations. The new system introduced supported staff responsible for 10,000 transport allocations daily and aimed at improving delivery in full on time (DIFOT) and save the organisation millions annually.

Identified process improvement opportunities and created business justifications and business cases for projects. Led Salesforce based projects across Contact Centre, Sales and Customer Onboarding teams. Main focus: lead management, account management, sales opportunity management, commission management, proposal/contract management, credit management and customer onboarding.

Project managed and provided business process management (BPM) consulting services to streamline and automate over 30 Finance, HR, and Student Administration business processes. The resulting solution saved over 30,000 staff/hours annually, improved compliance and risk management and provided ongoing business insights for day-to-day operational and strategic decision making. Managed the implementation of a Robotic Process Automation solution to assess feasibility and suitability of the technology for the organization and performed cost/benefit analysis to support decision for a wider roll-out of RPA within the university.

Managed the engagement of SMEs and senior managers for process mapping, scope definition, requirements elicitation and validation for a student management system to support admission, enrolment and management of international students in Government schools in Victoria. Prepared all RFQ documentation, including evaluation plans for tender process and vendor selection.

Led the review of current process gaps across essential student services to remediate constraints due to introduction of a centralised shared services model in the organisation. Managed the engagement of SMEs and senior managers for process mapping, scope definition, requirements elicitation and future state validation.
