In this period responsible for defining the right processes, using SeriviceNow and responsible for our internal application landscape of Kaseya/Datto RMM, Octopus Cloud (SPLA licensing), LogicMonitor (On-prem and multi-cloud environment monitoring), CMDB Asset management and other internal processes. Other responsibilities include meeting with clients and/or client project leads to determine requirements to define the scope of a project. Clarifying the customer's system specifications, understanding their working practices and the nature of their business. I also fulfill a voluntary role as secretary within the works council.Within the current function, many improvements are being addressed and continue to be brought forward, which takes place through a fluid collaboration with the customers. Results achieved through communication between customers, fine-tuning, documentation and presentations that have led to various cost savings within the current infrastructure.In my role I am also responsible for management information, application installations and the automation of various compliance processes. Active in analyzing daily incident and problem flows to create centralized solutions using ServiceNow, LogicMonitor, Asset/CMDB management, SPLA license management and Kaseya/Datto RMM, optimizing daily system management tasks.My goals include focusing less on a specific OS and more on cloud-related fields such as automation, analyzing IT requirements, incident monitoring (LogicMonitor) and consultancy. Additional gaining interest in application development and security.

In these years responsible for defining the correct processes, implementation and maintaining of Autotask PSA and Datto RMM (formerly Autotask Endpoint Manager). Other responsibilities where to meet clients and or customer project leads to determine requirements to define the scope of a project. Clarifying the client's system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business. I also fulfill a voluntary role as a secretary within the Works Council.Within the current position many improvements are handled and still being put forward, which takes place by means of a flowing cooperates with the customers. Results made by communication between the customers, fine-tuning, documentation, RMM Components and presentations has in the past may result in miscellaneous cost savings within the current infrastructure.In my role also created Datto RMM Components for Technical Analysis, Management Information, Application installations, Component orchestration as well as automating several compliance processes. Active on analysis of daily incident and problem flows to create centralized solutions using Autotask PSA and Datto RMM optimizing daily system management tasks. In the last couple of years responsible for the designs, implementation and maintaining of multi-tenant RES run-book automation solutions for EMEA. Other responsibilities where to meet EMEA clients and or customer project leads to determine requirements to define the scope of a project. Clarifying the client's system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business. Analysing IT requirements within companies and giving independent and objective advice on the use of IT.Within the current Automation community's many improvements are handled and still being put forward (Automation), which takes place by means of a flowing cooperates with EMEA. Results made by communication between the IMT's, fine-tuning, documentation, building blocks and presentations has in the past may result in miscellaneous cost savings within the current automation infrastructure. During this period I was responsible for the implementation of the Tivoli ITM Monitoring Framework monitoring solution for Wintel. This internal project is to get a standard monitoring solution for the Benelux infra structure for all Customer Windows and Non-Windows servers. Analyse all incidents and advice to solve and reduce actions where possible. During these activities acting as a mentor to train 2nd line support and help-desk staff.I was 3rd line support for several large accounts, build server deployments, implementing and supporting Windows and manage AD, DNS and several systems management suites such as Tivoli Framework. Backup tooling on Tivoli Storage Manager and performing disaster recovery during "critical situations". Given training to 2nd line support and help-desk staff, working on application packaging using automation tools and server consolidation using VMWare.Other activities during this period where:✯ Migration of known Anti Virus tooling (McAfee to Symantec).✯ Implementation of Tivoli Monitoring.✯ Hand-over known Customer production servers into BAU.✯ Plan and build Blue-Wash strategy to align with all IBM internal requirements.✯ Advice and assist for Installing of new Windows servers including Middle-ware applications.✯ Responsible of implementing of new server installations in existing data-centres (EMEA).✯ Implementing VMWARE environment including migration of ESX2.5 to ESX3.0.
