A storyteller with a wandering creative eye, I love to find and explore the beauty of crafting and fostering stories through any medium. Recently obtaining my Master of Fine Arts degree in Documentary Production and Studies through the University of North Texas, I have built my creative toolkit in the ways I desire to use visual language to tell culturally significant and equitable stories. My work centers around dissecting acts of injustice, identity, as well as the intersection of community media with interactive AR/VR platforms. Through my time in the program, I successfully produced and directed two documentary shorts, creatively supported the production of other non-fiction and narrative works, and am currently developing a community storytelling web application. In addition to my production work, I dedicate time towards the professional and development of fellow creatives through my work with the Black Public Media.
