I’m the Sales Consultant / Client Relations at Independent Security Consultants Ltd (ISCL). The areas I look after are Whakatane, Optotiki, Kawerau, Rotorua, Taupo and any town in between. In this role I look after our clients everyday queries and quote requests for Alarm Systems, Monitoring, CCTV Systems and Patrols etc. I began my journey at ISCL in Kawerau as a static guard looking after a geothermal rig site. Once we completed that job I had the opportunity to become a sales consultant, which I happily accepted. Working for ISCL I have had the opportunity to meet a lot of new people especially those out in the community. Our most exciting project to date was working with the All Blacks rugby team as their temporary security while they were in Whakatane. Before joining ISCl I worked at a café as a host which has helped grow my skills in Communication and Customer Service. My main role was to interact with the customers and fulfill their orders. Before that I was the Customer Experience Supervisor at the Whakamax movie theatre in Whakatane. In this role my overall goal was to make sure our customer enjoyed their time at the theatre. To do this I was also in charge of training and overseeing staff, ensuring that the theatre remained in a clean and tidy condition, and conflict resolution.I currently hold my full Certificate of Approval which allows me to work in the security profession.I am truly passionate about my work with ISCL and am very eager to connect with anyone in the security business and other sales consultants.I’m always interested in hearing from former colleagues, managers, or just interesting creative folk, so feel free to contact me if you’d like to connect.
