• Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and services provided to the customer.• Works extensively with the customer to resolve billing problems, account activation, and technical issues in an effort to retain our customer service and relationship with Sprint.• Working knowledge and understanding of the full company products, services and promotions

Responsible for speaking with customers who have placed online orders, answering questions regarding returns, exchanges, price adjustments, missing packages and missing items. Supporting your team to drive results and deliver the best customer service in a fast-paced environment.

▪ Handle insurance claims filed by policyholders in a highly secure call center environment. ▪ Plans and schedule work needed to process and investigate claims. ▪ Review settled claims to ensure adherence with company practices and procedures. ▪ Report overpayments, underpayments, and other irregularities. ▪ Evaluate and investigate policy coverage, liability and damages in a timely manner following a set of general claims and statutory guidelines ▪ Analyze information gathered by investigation and report findings and recommendations ▪ Maintain claim files, such as records of settled claims and an inventory of claims requiring detailed analysis

• Reply to customer issues and inquiries through telephone communication• Handle outstanding accounts via Inbound/Outbound calls• Work directly with customers to arrange and set up payment schedules adhering to company guidelines and FDCPA laws• Collect on past due accounts, with a customer-focused approach
