• Foster community engagement by identifying 30 key organizations such as the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment to present and highlight designated films of the annual marquee event Asian American International Film Festival (AAIFF) to co-promote partnered organization’s mission, while increasing AAIFF ticket sales. • Manage the sponsorship team of 5 year‐round staff with a fundraising goal of $25,000 in preparation of AAIFF. Even with the challenge of COVID‐19, we gained attention from corporate sponsors and increased contributions by another $15,000.• Facilitate Board of Director meetings to discuss complex organization issues such as fundraising and partnership engagements to develop a strategic plan to execute organization’s goals.• Work collaboratively with the social, creative, operations, and programming team to cross-functionally showcase our corporate and community partners.

• Managed day-of production, oversaw guest relations team, and coordinated volunteers to manage audience numbers.

• Built relationships with teachers, school administration, and external partners to manage and increase enrichment programs by 10% for 350 students from kindergarten to fifth grade within and outside of school time. • Provided written communication to all external stakeholders and parents on behalf of teachers, regarding expectation and commitment length of enrichment programs.

• Oversaw maintenance of site facility and staff attendance and payroll to ensure seamless delivery of services to elderly members. • Liaised with core administrative staffs and 12 CenterLight branches to identify disenrollment trends through data collection. • Functioned as backup Day Health Center Manager of 150 members to diagnose issues and uncover solutions through contact of appropriate staff and departments.

• Evaluated and oversaw organization’s out-of-school time activities to define academic impact on over 150 immigrant and refugee students' participation at the Seattle World School. • Supervised volunteers to provide academic support to adolescent youths. • Represented organizations in meetings and conferences to increase knowledge of best practices on successful tutoring methods.

• Steered grant-funded programs to improve health outcomes with a focus on Asian immigrants and Asian American youths with childhood obesity and poor heart health in Chinatown, NY. • Developed and implemented the "iMOVE Program" as an in-class resource teachers can use for physical activity warm-ups. As an end of the school year celebration, an annual Family Field Day was held to raise childhood obesity awareness for children in the community.

• Directed the community partnership team to form and maintain 25+ strategic partnerships through a combination of NYC media companies, community‐based organizations, and schools to increase presence and brand within the media arts community.
