Beijing

- Fully in charge of finance department for the north China office;- Responsible for the company's annual budget planning & its execution;- Responsible for a complete and accurate general ledger;- Supervise all monthly analysis reports such as balance sheet, P&L analysis & cost analysis and other various financial reports regularly;- Communicate with the CS team leader and OD to recognize the revenue/income and initiate finance solutions based on business development needs;- Responsible for inter-company reconciliation with HK ,Shanghai and other offices.- Responsible for the control and management on cash flow.- Responsible for internal audit & external audit.- Responsible for the implementation of accounting systems and accounting software.- Provide training to other internal staff about financing knowledge, etc.- In charge of all the other operating departments including HR, Admin and IT.

Beijing

- Responsible for more complex accounting activities relating to producing operating reports.- Maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and resultant managerial reports and financial statements. - Performs cost and/or general accounting and filing of accounting records.- Ensure that all financial statements and reports are in accordance with the rules and regulations of PRC government/tax bureau are prepared accurately and timely. - Responsible for general accounting administration: financial reporting, monthly closing, inventory accounting. - Reviews financial and operating statements for area locations, account reconciliation.- Responsible for the implementation of accounting systems.
