Leader of a team of professionals providing sustainable travel solutions to all sectors across South Wales and the South West of England. We have partnered with 100's of large organisations to implement solutions that have helped positively impact social, economic and environmental areas of their business. South Devon & Cornwall

I was responsible for directing the rental operations in South Devon and Cornwall from Torquay to Penzance. Here I was responsible for overseeing 8 branches with a fleet of over 850+ vehicles and a team of 50+ Employees. A primary part of my role was managing our operations and employees to ensure they were providing high standards of customer service. I was also responsible for directing sales and marketing efforts to develop local growth and profitability, building relationships with key business partners, managing and developing my team to foster an energetic, fun and target driven environment to breed success, and driving average revenue in excess of 500k per month.

Having successfully progressed as a management trainee after starting with Enterprise in September 2008, and developing as an Assistant Manager in Bristol and Weston Supermare, I was promoted to Branch Manager in February 2011. This role entailed managing every aspect of the business in Bath including a team of 7 employees and a fleet of around 130 vehicles. My role was to ensure that we delivered exceptional levels of customer service on all rentals from the Bath Enterprise branch, as well as developing my team, working with local businesses to ensure mutual beneficial growth, and managing the day to day revenue and expenses of the business. I gained a huge amount of experience, was recognised as a top 5 performing Branch Manager out of 400 Enterprise locations in the UK, and successfully achieved a customer service score of 96% completely satisfied customers before being promoted to Area Manager in Cornwall and South Devon.

As Assistant Manager at our Bristol North branch and then our Weston Supermare branch I played a key role within the branch leadership team with particular operational responsibilities, ensuring we delivered exceptional levels of service to our customers, fleet management, and managing and developing a team. I gained experience in two very different locations with different challenges and successfully built new local partnerships with body shops, dealerships, and corporate businesses. Following success at both branches, I was promoted to Branch Manager at the Bath branch.

I started my career with Enterprise at our Bristol North location as a trainee on our graduate management trainee scheme where I learnt the fundamentals of running a business with particular focus on core areas of how to exceed customer expectations, developing employees, driving growth working with other local businesses, and managing profitability. Success required a lot of hard work but it was a lot of fun where I made some great friends, gained invaluable experience to progress in my career.
