As research intern for the Task Force on U.S. Strategy to Support Democracy and Counter Authoritarianism, a bipartisan group of high-level policymakers developing foreign policy recommendations for the U.S. government, provide research and analysis on integrating democracy and human rights into diplomacy, development, and security policy.

Monitored press freedom abuses in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean, drafting press releases and social media outreach, managing contacts database, and assisting Washington, D.C. team in research and advocacy.
