Overseeing a team of 11 professionals and working with a Board of 60 Trustees, raised $190M in private funds for the nation’s leading educational access program. Managed annual gala, raising as much as $5.7M.Working with the Chief Executive, directly solicited gifts for Campaign for Prep’s Future, including two $3M gifts.Managed all organizational communications including social media, website, print and on-line publications, biannual conference, press relations, speech writing, media pitching, video production, speakers bureau, and crisis communication.Supervised Alumni Affairs Department responsible for all alumni giving, 30 annual events, communications, and engagement for 3,000 program graduates.Served as a staff liaison to six Board committees including Executive, Oversight, Development, Nominating, School Relations, and Board Relations. Advisor to Chief Executive on a range of programmatic and strategic matters.Through special campaign giving and annual revenue overages, grew endowment from $4.5 million in 2000 to $42 million in 2018. The Board of Trustees gave half of the annual $12 million budget directly and raised an additional 40%.

Responsible for all areas of major and individual giving for Lincoln Center. Directly raised $7M for Great Performers, Live from Lincoln Center, and Mostly Mozart. Oversaw donor groups that ranged from $60 members to $2M Trustee donors. Wrote speeches and correspondence for Chairman Beverly Sills.In a 10-month period, worked with three co-chairs to recruit 21 new $50,000 to $250,000 donors for new major giving program, the Great Performers Circle.

Oversaw a staff of seven responsible for annual campaign, capital giving, planned gifts, major donor events, and prospect research for the world’s oldest and largest AIDS organization. Directly responsible for raising over $5M in major gifts. Despite a nationwide downturn in AIDS fundraising, major gifts increased 17% in 1998.Promoted from Associate Director in April 1996.

Managed over 500 prospects as part of an eight-year capital campaign. Responsible for gifts from $25,000 to $500,000. Wrote proposals for seven-figure academic programs and bricks and mortar projects. Trained alumni solicitors.Helped set all-time major gifts record of $12.4 million in 1994 – a 32% increase.

Raised corporate and foundation grants for El Museo del Barrio, Pan Asian Repertory Theater, and the Bronx Museum of the Arts.
