Program Manager for a team providing subject matter expertise and advisory services to the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations, Environment, and Energy.

Within SAIC's National Security Customer Group, I manage teams providing policy and technical support for the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations, Energy, and the Environment (SAF/IE); the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs; and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Information & Integration Portfolio Management (DASD I&IPM). I directly provide subject matter expertise to enable SAF/IE to achieve its strategic objective of reducing excess infrastructure. This involves cost estimation, testimony development, and the conducting of business cases and capacity analyses to promote the Air Force Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) program and associated European Infrastructure Consolidation (EIC) program.

Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) subject matter expert for US Air Force. Produce business case and cost benefit analyses, capacity analysis, and strategy documentation in support of BRAC. Provide fiscal and programmatic oversight for the Air Force's European Infrastructure Consolidation (EIC) program.
