•HMI development using Copa-Data Zenon, Integration of SEL, and non-SEL devices, into SEL RTAC, and Scada systems. Working understanding of SEL specific protocols, and industry communication standard protocols. I.E. DNP, Modbus, IEC 61850, SEL Fast Message•Commissioning to integrate projects at customer sites. • Experience with the following systems: Honeywell Experian C300 and SCADA controllers, Modicon PLC's, Emerson Wireless Network, Honeywell FTE network, Modbus TCP/IP and RS485 communication's, Siemen's VFD. • Experience using the following software: Schneider Electric Unity-Pro and Vijeo HMI Designer, Fastrak Softworks, AcSELerator Quickset, and RTAC, SEL 5020 Settings Assistant, Siemens Toolsuite, Honeywell HMIWeb Display Builder, and Control Builder, and Triconex Tristation 1131.• Use the above mentioned software to integrate, troubleshoot, and configure on the aforementioned systems for process monitoring and control.

• Manage daily maintenance schedule for analyzers and instrumentation, and prioritize workload based on refinery operational needs. • Coordinate with instrument planner, operations, and engineering to ensure I/A equipment is maintained, and running reliably.• Communicate with operations engineers to identify Bad Actor analyzers for replacement.• Provide onsite analyzer training for technicians from outside vendors to maximize technicians maintenance and troubleshooting abilities.

• Besides necessary I&E maintenance and troubleshooting functions, collaborated with I&E peers to maximize Time on Tools through Tesoro's MWP process.• Coordinated with Planner group, Schedulers, Operations Dept, and Maintenance Dept, using SAP, and other maintenance tools, to execute daily PM maintenance, and unscheduled High Priority work. • Provided coaching and mentoring for apprentice level technicians to develop troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

• Troubleshoot motor control circuits using multimeters, ammeters, motor protection relay event logs, and other appropriate troubleshooting tools. • Performed motor winding testing on 2.4 kV and 4.16 kV motors using Baker Static Motor Analyzer. • Rack-In and Rack-Out medium and high voltage motors, using arc flash PPE and equipment, and disconnect/reconnect for maintenance and service.• Upgrade/Replace legacy Motor Protection Relays with microprocessor based SEL Relays. • Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation related to Pressure, Level, Temperature, and Flow.• I&E Turnaround Lead, coordinating and providing work direction, during plant outages, on instrumentation and electrical systems.

• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform PM's on process control instrumentation, such as control valves, pressure, level, flow, temperature, and vibration devices.• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform PM's on various process analyzers, such as H2S, Hydrogen, and O2.• Use loop sheets and P&ID's for equipment identification during installation and troubleshooting .• Participate in daily safety meetings on topics such as LOTO, use of fresh air; slips, trips, falls, and proper plant communication.

• Troubleshoot process control devices and circuits to maximize plant uptime.• Install and calibrate field devices such as valves, transmitters, thermocouples.• Use PLC's in the troubleshooting process.• Analyze wiring diagrams in troubleshooting motor control circuits and other process control circuitry
