I have a Bachelors of Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Masters in Government contracting from the American Graduate University graduating with a 4.0 average. I have worked in the government proposal field for over 30 years. As a price/cost analysis I have created cost proposals for a wide range of government customers including GSA, DOD, DOE, NASA, and the University of California. I have interfaced with DCAA audits on several proposals. Recently I worked on the cost volume for the Global Missile defense contract for Boeing. I would review and correct/proofread Basis of Estimate (BOE) documents from the technical Subject Matter Experts (SME) to make them proposal ready. I also have been on red team reviews to review cost proposals. I retired from the Boeing company in April of 2109. Since then I have worked part time as a consultant on health care RFPs and other small business RFP proposals.
