Work with accounting department to ensure the correct application of cash received, or to notify the reason when a balance may not be collectable. Interact with the contracts department when the system may not indicate the correct contract and/or terms.

Supervise the claims department for a small insurance company doing business in MD, DC, and VA. Oversee all payments made by claim representatives. Assign new claims.
