Supports organizational and IT (Information Technology) leadership in overseeing, managing, and using the entire life cycle of investments and initiatives to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives. Acts as the primary resource for Executive Management for communications, and for reporting the state and performance of initiatives within the portfolio. Helps focus leadership efforts.Provides and escalates data on achieving and optimized mix among project investments, making the best possible use of all resources, and delivering the maximum value and benefits from projects and programs within the portfolio. Identifies, prioritizes, and coordinates project and program resources engaged with all or many of the initiatives within the project portfolio.

Responsible to maintain the end-to-end PMO framework that supports both waterfalland Agile projects. Working in the Amdocs Front Door team as point of contact for AT&T in different type of hours-budget estimate and resource/workforce requests, in new and active projects for this client.Set up projects using Amdocs’s MST tool: create projects, CR’s & other estimation requests and add impacted applications for the different request received. Inform and update the project-estimate information into AT&T’s PRISM tool for budget approvals.Communicate AT&T process changes to Amdocs delivery teams.
