Ed organized and led the implementation of HUD’s statewide conference, managed a team researching employer-assisted housing, served on the region’s federal interagency committee focused on housing issues, and represented HUD in the state’s housing and community development task force. As a result of Ed’s work, over $1.2 million in grants were awarded to stakeholders and HUD experienced an increase in the number of applicants and the level of competitiveness of submittals from these areas.
