Lead for time and attendance/HR software implementations of our Time Management System (TMS) product. Simultaneously managing multiple clients including multinational companies and organisations such as Takeda, Laya Healthcare, Servier, United Drug, Celestica and Manpower Recruitment in Ireland, Appalachian Stitching and Fingerlakes Medical Associates in the USA. Ensuring delivery of projects within deadlines and on budget. Overseeing project implementation including gathering customer requirements, technical implementation, documentation and user training. Delivery of specialised reports and configuration of TMS product to cater for individual client work rule handbooks. The role requires flexibility to work from home, office or on client site. Mentoring Role to newly appointed Project Managers including reviewing performance and providing knowledge sharing of product, project management and technical development tools through training modules. Responsible for continuous improvement in implementation techniques, requirements gathering and knowledge sharing throughout the company.

This role involved development of the Single Payment System (SPS) releases for the Dept. of Agriculture, which handles 140,000 Single Payment Applications per annum. Part of a team of 8 that developed the Online SPS project in which farmers can apply for their payment online. Development is J2EE, Struts, JSP and Ibatis based on Oracle DB. The role also included data preparation in PL/SQL for test script execution and JUnit testing of components. The position demanded meeting tight deadlines, fully documenting procedures and detailed technical and functional knowledge of the SPS system.
