I am a Solutions Architect and a Certified Salesforce Professional with 10 years of real world/hands on Admin experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. I am a Salesforce Non-Profit specialist & have held Senior Management positions for large Non-Profit organizations overseeing and Project Managing Salesforce optimization/multi ORG migrations. As Salesforce Administrator, I have experience developing and maintaining Salesforce instances for Sales Cloud, NPSP, NGOC, PPM/Case Management, Service Cloud, & Experience Cloud. Set up/onboarding new users, roles, profiles, field level security, permissions, sharing rules, Process Builder & FLOW, reporting, dashboards, & app development. Additionally, I have built many external app solution integrations both natively through Salesforce App Exchange, or as rest API format integrations as needed in streamlining business processes.*I am also HIPAA compliant with an extensive background in Healthcare as a systems analyst/Declarative Developer building contracts & systems for both the Health Insurance payor's as well as managing Physician level professional billing softwares.----------------------------------I am passionate about the Salesforce "Ohana" culture and enjoy identifying emerging Salesforce talent and finding the strength in team members to help them rise to their BEST & Highest Potential. I enjoy being part of Salesforce Admin & Salesforce Non-Profit user group meetings and have attended several ecosystem conferences like: Salesforce World Tours, Lightning NOW Tour, Salesforce.ORG Non-Profit night, as well as Salesforce's DREAMFORCE conference in San Francisco where I was actually given a Non-Profit ADMIN tour of Salesforce Tower and the "Ohana" floor at the top of tower overlooking all of San Francisco. I love all things gym, and I also enjoy playing golf when I can.FUN fact: Different than most Admin's, I actually completed my initial Salesforce Admin certification ADM201 course as well as my Advanced Admin certification training courses as onsite classroom courses at Salesforce West in San Francisco...So, originally named Salesforce U and now called Trailhead Academy, I was actually onsite for the initial release of Salesforce "Lightning" years back and am kind of pegged for randomly showing off my photo's of Salesforce Tower being built across the street back then along w the "dancing lightning bolts" in the lobby at the 2015 Salesforce West Christmas party...Amazing to watch the GROWTH over the years.
