Working for this holding was where I was able to show and enhance my abilities as a Customer Service, due to pre and post car rental claims and complaints management. Within my daily tasks, I would make claims and complaints reports for each branch or working station, deliver satisfaction surveys, working side by side with national and international travel agencies. I'd follow up on every post-sale case that had any issues with the car rental. I was able to have better knowledge about satisfaction surveys, NPS and establish improvement opportunities for each branch office, and even in our internal processes. This delivered in a better service and easier processes, with earlier responses and better responses from the customers.

In this opportunity, I had the pleasure to work for a Marriott Hotels Brand. I was in charge of reservations, welcoming guests to the Spa facility, keeping the Spa and the Gym area in perfect conditions, according to Marriott's Brand Standard Auditing guidelines. At the end of the day, I would send a full event report to my superiors and the tasks for the next morning shift co-workers. Once a month, we would make our inventory, order the purchase of the masseuses' materials and implements and make the monthly income report. We had four massage therapists and it was necessary to organize their schedule and the monthly tip and commission break down, a thing I was also in charge of and did with every one of them. I always stood out for offering personalized attention to the guests and solving any doubts or requirements they might have.

This was my second round at EuroVIP's. My duties were more focused on personalized attention and service to our customers. I was in charge of building personalized travel itineraries, whether they were national or international, according to our customer's needs. I would also handle and deliver Eurovips brochures to our partnered travel agencies in order to keep business relationships updated. I'd follow up on our customers' experience during the entire process and get feedback from our service as well from the hospitality and travel services during the journey. My daily duties were making service quotes, issuing air tickets, hotel reservations, stay confirmations, and modifications according to the customer's needs.

I was an English classroom teacher for kids starting the age of 3-4 years old up to 13-14 years old. I would make my classes schedule and programming the weekly subjects to teach for each group. We would do dynamic and entertaining activities that would make language learning easier and more fun. I would deliver every student's grades to their parents along with a fully custom report according to the student's needs and progress.
