-Asset Sales: Built and operated an asset sales program for North America. In 2018, the sales program was extended to Latin America. The program has achieved over $x million in proceeds since 2012.-Inventory Disposition: Drove the maintenance of asset disposition data via detailed analysis and a partnership with stakeholders across multiple organizations, which enabled the business to recover and retain needed assets for re-use and contributed to $xxx million in capital avoidance and corporate benefit over the past three years.-Asset Recovery: Executed a national Asset Recovery project which resulted in the recovery of $xx million in assets.-Process/Program Improvement: Continual improvement of the Asset Sales program led to a 40% increase in revenue through thoughtful and measured program improvements, and increased revenue by $x million over two years, as compared to the previous sales strategy.-Business reporting: Supported the Supply Chain organization via the development and execution of monthly metrics reporting against our key initiatives.

-Built and managed the asset disposition process which was the key contributor in over $xx million in total benefit from 2011 through 2015. This success led to the adoption and roll out of the program in the EMEA region.-Created business value and revenue through developing and managing the warehouse inventory review and excess sales programs. These programs increased re-use of network electronics, reduced over $xxx million in held excess inventory and produced over $x million in net sales. -Developed Operations metrics for the Logistics operation and established monthly metrics reporting-Completed two nationwide Asset Recovery projects resulting in the recovery of over 100k stranded assets across 400+ Field Operations locations. The projects were completed on time and under budget.

-Created and managed the Expedite Program for Field Operations by building a centralized expedite process with standardized entrance criteria and a single workflow. This enabled a small centralized team to support expedited work requests for all of North America and resulted in an efficient and effective process for both the requester and Field Operations. Authored the supporting process and training documentation, and trained over 600 employees across multiple organizations.-Lead project manager for operations projects and a multi-million dollar sales project. -Developed departmental reporting in support of WFM KPIs.
