I am a father of 2, finished my Executive MBA at the Maastricht University in Leadership & Sustainability in 2024 with the thesis: 'Engaging Leadership in remote environments'. And, I am the founder and owner of INSEYD...I love to write (4 books published) and I am an expert in behavioral and cultural change. I facilitate and coach, I diagnose and give advice. My core strengths are my engaging style of facilitation, mirroring executives on their behavior and growth potential. I bring high energy that supports change and with a passion that is contagious.
