Each year's budget for each program was ranging from US $ 1 million to US $ 7 million. Planned and executed Transformation of Uganda Program into Banking System with a centralised server with replication with 4 banking branches in 4 different cities. Number of IT staff supervised in each country ranges from 3 to 12.
