o Open to Buy (OTB) Planning – Unilever Brand + Exclusive Brando Work closely with Purchasing Manager & supplier to plan weekly & monthly order + supply plan for more than 1000 skus from over 10 sourcing units in Europe + Asia.o Product range included Deodorant, Personal Care, Skin Care, Hair care, Household, Food (Corn oil, UAT milk, Ice-cream etc.)Brand included Dove, Vaseline, Rexona, Clear, Tresemme, AXE etc. (all Unilever brands) + Exclusive brand – Mazola, Denim, BRUT, Timotei, Fred & Chloe, ASEPSO etc.o Monitor monthly & yearly purchase value o Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly report to CEO with total purchase value from different sourcing units in EU, Asia & US.o Manage yearly supply plan based on monthly purchase value in order to control the budget & get the yearly over-rider from supplier.o Warehouse & Master Data management – SAP & EWM (Electronic Warehouse Management)o Work closely with supplier & warehouse to ensure the smooth transaction from supplier to warehouse for all EU & Asia sourcing to The Netherlands + Singapore warehouse via SAP (S/4 Hana) & EWM.o Key player of SAP purchasing module & Master Data management o Master Data management for over 3000 skus in SAP. Ensure data accuracy & consistency in SAP vs actual products.o Support HQ, Regional office & warehouse to tackle different issues from EWM & SAP.

Work closely with Regional and International Buying specialists in supplier identification, cost negotiation, ensure appropriate quality of products, timely application. Handle all of the price issue from suppliers, and to 10 Watson Business Units in 10 different countries in Asia (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippians, Indonesia, Korea & Turkey) & also Europe Business Units.o Category o Watsons Own Brand - Men Skin care, Health + Foot Insoles + Household products o All categories from Outside Countries Order – OCO (reallocate Business Units local development products from these 10 countries to each other. From local level to regional level, Wide range of product category – 70% in Skin Care Category, 30% Personal Care & Health)o Price Negotiationo Responsible for the price negotiation of new product development projects & also handling all of the price issue from different suppliers in order to get the lowest price for maximum margin.o Using different approaches to rationalize the price from suppliers. (Cost breakdown, exchange rate & material cost tendency etc.)o Tendering & Supplier Managemento As a leader to handle the tender process in short period of time. Ensure suppliers can provide the accurate products & quotation. o Communicate with different suppliers in China, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, and Australia etc. for product development – Formulation, Price terms, QA requirement, etc.o Coordinator between Watson business units in 10 countrieso Handling the project for 10 business units in order to attain one order. (1 NPD project for 10 BUs simultaneously.)o As a problem solver to handling different issues from BUs (e.g. Complaints, Ordering, Price, MOQ etc.)o Handle different enquiries from 10 BUs, Customers-oriented
