I have extensive experience of working in key strategic, operational and team leadership roles as an Account Executive and Senior Strategic Specialist, with eight years’ experience in the hospitality sector (frequently tasked with reinvigorating struggling sites and coordinating new venue openings). So, of course, I know just how important collaborative working and effective stakeholder engagement is as part of successful project delivery: bringing out the best in everyone on the team and maintaining a steady focus on key corporate objectives. I have excellent leadership and team building capabilities. My preference is for a consultative approach to business development and sales creation: making the most of excellent relationship management skills, whilst balancing the competing demands of multiple projects and deals (using strong prioritisation and time management skills). In my most recent role, as Senior Enterprise Executive with The Bot Platform since 2022, I am especially proud of having closed important deals with a number of blue chip companies, including Accenture, BT and Securitas: building a robust and resilient new business pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding all key financial and performance targets, and setting new standards of performance excellence within the business. As you might expect, therefore, I am intuitive, highly reliable and commercially astute: bringing together excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and innovation skills, with an ability to deliver complex assignments meticulously to specification, no matter how fast moving or challenging the circumstances.
