I am responsible for creating and executing comprehensive HR strategies in alignment with corporate goals. For the first few years in this role, I focused on stabilizing the business; currently, I am focused on business growth. Besides Leadership Development, M&A due diligence, and running the company's Rural Empowerment Foundation:* I increased employee satisfaction, moving our eNPS from -13 to +28, and achieved a 15-point year-over-year increase in the Gallup Employee Engagement Survey.* I built the Employer Brand, crafted the Employee Value Proposition, and developed Job Families, DEI/ESG programs, and comprehensive Benefits programs. Through these efforts, I strengthened Talent Acquisition, resulting in a 20% increase in retention rates across various divisions, including the Contact Center, Field Operations, and Corporate, over a 24-month period.* I oversaw our Talent Acquisition strategies, significantly improving performance by reducing Time-to-Fill by around 25%, lowering Cost-per-Hire by 20%, and boosting key metrics like Quality-of-Hire, Sourcing Channel Effectiveness, and Offer Acceptance Rates by over 20% in FY24.* I led Talent Management initiatives aligned with companywide OKRs and KPIs, ensuring our performance reviews, annual feedback processes, succession planning, development strategies, and organizational design all worked seamlessly to support business objectives.
