Alpine Access is a leader in providing outsourced call center solutions through an exclusive network of Customer Service Representatives that all work from home.I oversaw the application flow, screening, selection and placement of over 200,000 applications yearly through a staff of home-based Recruiters. Heavy emphasis was placed on providing outstanding quality and customer service resulting in a more professional customer service exerience for our customer's customer.

Responsible for the growth and profitability of two specialty divisions - Technology and Executive Search. Identified and marketed services to potential clients, developed existing client relationships and recruited top technical and professional candidates for a variety of positions including: VP of Data Integrity, IT Project Manager, Project Manager (Software), Business Analyst, Legal Assistant, Desktop Support Analyst, Web Designer, Web Developer and Procurement Manager.
