After nearly 9 years in the customer service and success industry I can confidently say the best and most rewarding part of any of my jobs has always been the customer connection. Helping people accomplish their goals or simply have a better day is the highlight of my work and it pushes me to excel in my field.Its really quite simply, and it goes back to what our parents used to tell us, "Treat others the way you'd want to be treated."
