Profitably grew multiple lines of businesses including: corporate trust services, foundations and endowments, and institutional retirement plans. Established the Foundation & Endowment Division for KeyCorp. Proposed and implemented a centralized call center to provide administrative, operational and investment management services to smaller institutional clients serviced in twenty national administrative offices.Managed the divestiture and sale of KeyCorp's 401k business in 2001/2002 representing $70 billion in assets and $66 million in revenues. Coordinated the national transition of 1,400 clients, managed staff reduction of 450 positions and the closure of 14 offices from Maine to Alaska. Led and managed the sale and divestiture of the national corporate trust line of business, represented by over $11 billion in assets, $25 million in revenues, including office closures, systems and operations conversions, and transition of client relationships.Coordinated integration of newly acquired trust businesses from acquisitions in Michigan and Indiana. Conducted business financial analysis resulting in $2 million in new revenues.
